5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Defective or incorrect items If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at hello@rhevo.co immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
12-month limited warranty Every Rhevo Belt is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
