2. Products The Rhevo Belt is a consumer wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the device if you have a medical condition.
Do not use the belt if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, have active cancer, or have open wounds in the treatment area.
3. Orders and payment All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.
4. Shipping and delivery Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or postal services outside our control.
5. Returns and refunds Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and return conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Warranty Every Rhevo Belt carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rhevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
8. Intellectual property All content on rhevo.co — including text, images, and design — is owned by Rhevo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
10. Changes We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
